Your family should know what is collected and why.

A plain-English summary of the information used to answer questions and respond to lesson requests.

Information used for lesson inquiries

Slic'd Tennis collects the parent or guardian contact details and general lesson information submitted through the availability form, such as a player age band, experience level, goals, general availability, neighborhood or ZIP code, and court-access preference.

Please do not submit a child's full name, school, medical information, exact schedule, or other sensitive personal information through the public form or chat.

Ask Slic'd chat

Slic'd Tennis does not save public chat transcripts in its own database. Chat messages are sent to an external AI service so an answer can be generated. Aggregate events—such as a chat opening, a general topic category, or an inquiry-button click—may be counted without storing the message text.

The chat is informational and uses a curated customer-safe knowledge base. Questions that require a policy, schedule, venue, or other unconfirmed detail are referred to Patrick.

Attribution and service providers

Basic referral and campaign information may be recorded so Slic'd Tennis can understand which local resources help families find the site. Hosting, email, payment, analytics, and AI providers process information only as needed to operate their respective services.

To ask about information you submitted, use the lesson request form and identify the email address used for the request.
